Wednesday 2/26 STRONG TEENS @ 6-8 p.m.
Thursday 2/27 GAINZ Strength Training @ 6 p.m. (Cost $5) money goes towards free standing rig
Coaches Thoughts I want to give a shout out to all the 2020 Back on Track Challenge peeps! Very impressed with the results I have been seeing with this last weeks Body Comp testing. All your hard work is paying off and its showing with the results and on our daily leader boards. Now that the challenge is over I challenge you to stick to your healthy eating habits and WOD attendance. We still have a few to get measured today and we will be announcing our winners on Monday.
I just read something saying that Spring officially starts in less than 30 days. This means summer is right around the corner and we all know "summer bodies are made in the winter". This is correct and swimsuit season is not to far away. If you are stuck or need help starting we can help. We offer Nutrition guidance, personalized programming and personal training.
