With all that is going on in the world today with COVID, diversity and a unclear future. All this has gotten me to sit back, think, reflect and dive into the word (Bible). It has opened my eyes to realize that worrying about what is going on or what is going to happen next is making me miss out on what is happening now. I have a lot to be grateful for and have way more good things in my life going on right now that out weigh the bad. So instead of having a pity party, I am going to tell you all the things that I love and am grateful for and why I love my LIFE. I LOVE GOD, FAMILY and CROSSFIT!!!! I am blessed and grateful for an awesome, supportive, sexy strong wife. The lord has blessed me with two amazing kids that I love more than anything in this world. I am grateful for my M-Town family who doesn't let a little COVID keep them from coming in to WOD daily. I Love, Love, Love, summer! I LOVE the sun, heat and the humidity. I feel blessed that we live in a part of United States that allow's gym's to open back up so we can sweat and suffer in the heat together. I grateful for my health, extended family and friends. I know there is a lot crappy things going on in the world right now but Ibet if you really sit back an count your blessings you can find way more good things in your life rather than bad. So I challenge you M-Town to post a list of things you love and are grateful for and let's see if we can't brighten up social media a little.
#MTOWNUP and See you at the BOX
