  • Monday-Friday Regular Class Schedule (5:30 and 8:15 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.)

  • M-W-F Master's Class 9:15 a.m.

  • Tuesday 10/20 Strong Women's Study @6:30 p.m.

Coaches Thoughts

What's up M-Town. So 2020 has been a crazy year so far and I know it has had some sort of impact good or bad on us all. M-Town CrossFit actually has grown this year despite COVID thanks to our awesome community. Not all businesses and organizations have been so lucky specially Non-Profits. As most of you know my awesome wife has been part and worked for the MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) for the last 8 years. She pours her heart and soul into this organization and the people affected by Muscular Diseases. 2020 has been hard for the MDA during COVID due to the fact that all big fundraising events can't take place due to the pandemic. No fundraising = No money = Laying workers off and not being able to assist and help those families who suffer with muscular disease. Every year around this time I always ask for donations in return I will do whatever crazy CrossFit movement you pick. This year is no different but your donation means more than it ever has before due to the pandemic. So I am asking you M-Town. If you can donate please do. For every $25 you donate you can pick 10 reps of any movement you would like to see Coach AV do or attempt! (ANY) When you make a donation leave what movement you would like me to attempt and I will video it and post it on our FB page. To make a donation you can find the link on our M-Town CrossFit page.
